Why this page exists

At TSG Computer Services, our goal is to give small and mid-sized businesses clear, practical advice that helps them work more securely and productively. To do that efficiently, we use a mix of:

human experience and expertise
modern writing tools, including AI
a consistent internal review process

This page explains how that works, and what you can expect from the content we publish.

How we use AI in our content

We sometimes use AI tools (including assistants like our very own “ZyroBot”) to help us:

brainstorm topics and outline articles
draft early versions of blog posts and guides
improve clarity, structure, and flow

These tools help us work faster and focus more of our time on real client work, instead of staring at a blank page.
However, AI is not the final authority on anything we publish.

Human review and responsibility

Regardless of how an article starts, a human at TSG always:

reads the entire piece before it goes live
checks it for clarity, accuracy, and tone
adjusts details to match how we actually deliver services
approves the final version

We treat AI tools as assistants, not as decision-makers. All recommendations and opinions in our content are ultimately ours, and we stand behind them as a company. If we ever discover that something we’ve published is unclear, outdated, or inaccurate, we will:

correct it, and
where appropriate, note that it has been updated.

Author names and bylines

On our blog, you’ll typically see one of these bylines:

“By Chad Rushka, TSG Computer Services”

This reflects the fact that the CEO reviews, approves, and takes responsibility for every article, even when AI tools have helped with drafting or editing. There is no “anonymous” or purely AI-authored content on our site.

What this means for you

When you read something on our site, you can reasonably expect that:

A human at TSG has checked it before you ever see it.
We won’t knowingly publish advice we wouldn’t be comfortable giving a client directly.
If we use AI tools behind the scenes, it is to speed up drafting and editing, not to replace our judgment, experience, or accountability.

If you ever have questions or concerns about something we’ve published, you can always contact us and ask. We’d rather clarify and improve than leave anything vague.
